Delicious food!! I got a gluten free pancake flight and the hashbrowns. Almost anything can be made gluten free.
Tell them gluten free they know everything and are super nice as well I have never had any issues

I called ahead to ask about gf precautions. I was told they put an alert on orders which signals the kitchen to take precautions like changing gloves and scraping off the grill. I felt safe. When we were seated, our waiter immediately asked about allergies. When I said I was celiac, he asked if I was the one who called. The menu is not marked. I had scrambled eggs with veggies and a side of hashbrowns. Afterward, I immediately felt sick. It’s a shame. It’s a cute place and the food was really good.

We got contaminated here. My son ate or at least asked for gf French toast. He threw up several times after eating only food from there. I wouldn’t recommend it and be very careful if you do decide to eat there. Rather make the trip to Jewel’s.

Great experience, servers were knowledgeable! I’ve had the Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up, Bravacado Toast, Goldilocks Porridge and just plain eggs from the grill and haven’t gotten sick any of those times!
Best breakfast I have had in awhile and so many gluten free options. Service was awesome (he chose my meal) and quick. The outside area was perfect for an early morning bite. I wish I lived here so I could come back again and again!
Boyfriend LOVED snooze! He has a variety of allergies (wheat/gluten, corn and soy). We told our serve upon arrival and she was super knowledgeable about which items had allergens and how to avoid them.
The server was extremely knowledgeable with recommendations. I felt very comfortable! Plus there were gluten free bread options as well.

Excellent service and food. I ordered the OMG French toast and we also had the Juan’s tacos (corn tortillas) with a side of jalepeno pomegranate molasses bacon (not spicy). It was all fantastic. Would return. No negative reactions.

The staff acknowledged me that the GF pancakes are cooked completely separate from any regular flour. On designated GF skillets.
Wonderful gluten free (friendly) pancakes! The surface is not celiac safe, but it’s great that they offer gluten free options. They can substitute gluten free bread for an English muffin in Benedict dishes. I had the Ham Benny over hash browns instead. The Chili verde benny is I top of corn tortillas so that’s safe. Yummy food all around and great coffee!
Great gluten free options! All pancakes gluten free and gluten free toast available. I didn't try the pancakes but they looked good.
Not only are they able to make almost everything gluten free but the menu has so many choices besides the standard breakfast items. Anyone should be satisfied.
While not having a dedicated kitchen, the menu states they can not guarantee cross-contamination, for those of us without celiac it has a great staff, clean comfortable seating area and they can make almost anything on the menu GF. Great surprise right near the university. Their pancakes rock!!

Had a positive breakfast experience here. Many options, including pancakes and French toast. Had the cinnamon roll pancake and it was large and delicious.
I have eaten here a handful of times and have never had an issue! The staff is trained on Celiac and can go over the menu with you. The food is delicious and almost the whole menu can be modified to be gf.

Fantastic place to eat for those with celiac!! The first thing our server asked when she got to the table was does anyone have any allergies. There was a wide variety of items that are available GF, and they take extra precautions in preparation for those that have celiac. Our food was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable!! Highly recommend!!
