So, you have to ask about the gluten free options, it is not specifically listed on the menu. However, they were super helpful and made great recommendations on why to get. I had the tostada and it was really nice! Kind of messy but what can you do?

They no longer mark there menu with gluten free options. The server also informed me they dip bread for gluten free and regular french toast I the same batter. So lots of cross contamination issues. We ended up leaving without eating.

The food was fantastic and almost everything could be made gluten free. The menu in the restaurant didn’t have much labeled but the website does. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pancakes were amazing.

Where do I even start? Unbelievably good!! Tried MANY different things including pancakes and waffles. 95% of the menu is GF. And if you go on their website you can look at their menu and select gluten-free tab and it will show you everything that is gluten-free or other things like allergies.

Best breakfast in San Diego! Almost Everything can be made gluten free and they are knowledgeable about allergies and celiac. I eat here at least once a week and have never gotten sick. I am 99.9% confident in this restaurant. And the food is the best tasting including non gluten free places.

Excellent service. Server was well versed in gluten free option. Online menu had a filter for gluten that told you what was gluten free, what could be modified gf, and what could not. Pancakes were excellent and they could even make the pancake of the week special gf!

Amazing breakfast! Was able to customize my order! Did a classic breakfast but swapped the toast for a GF blueberry pancake. This was not on the menu but the staff knew it could be done. The pancake came out with a “gluten free” wooden stick. (Not dairy free) - Bartender also informed us the Bloody Mary house mix is gluten free.

I've ate here twice. Got the blueberry danish pancakes and french toast neat. Both of them were delicious and when I asked for the gluten free options they asked if I am celiac which I am. They said that my food would be prepared in a separate area of the kitchen which helped me feel much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend

YUMMY! Loved it so much that we dined here twice during our trip. Most of the menu can be made gluten free, including pancakes and French toast. I got the pancake trio - some of the best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had. The waiters were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time and the majority of the menu was able to be modified. The staff was very knowledgeable and told me that the kitchen staff changes their gloves and cooks the food separately from gluten containing items. I also received my meal with a flag indicating it was gluten free. Had a great experience here, would definitely go back.

Service is always great, it has a fun atmosphere, and the menu is wonderful! I’m just a tad wary of visiting now. Last time I went, they delivered a marked gluten free pancake to the table since I mentioned I had celiacs. My friend and I shared it and also ordered the same omelet main, no toast. Though I’ve never had an issue with cross-contamination. An hour or so later I got violently ill and was sick for the next 5h. It didn’t last long enough to be food poisoning, so I suspect the pancake was not gluten-free. š

Oh man this place was a little bit of heaven for me!!! They offer lots of gluten free options!!! I was so excited that I could get French toast and pancakes and they were GLUTEN FREE! The waiter was very knowledgeable about celiac and reassured me they take every precaution to make their gluten free items safely. I had the pancake trio and it was sooooo delicious! I can’t wait to go back for the French toast! I had no reaction after eating here. What a blessing!

Yummiest breakfast and pancakes ever for a celiac like me!
We ate breakfast here 3 times in 5 days in San Diego. The options were endless and delicious. My kids were so comfortable with eating there and no reactions. The waitstaff was excellent too.
The gluten free options are endless! There are only two things on the menu that can not be made gfree. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. My new favorite breakfast spot.
Excellent food, carefully prepared as illustrated by the extra time they took cleaning the kitchen prep area so don’t arrive in a rush, or let them know ahead of time. Numerous choices - they don’t even mark the items on the menu and say everything can be made gluten free, but be prepared for substitutions (GF bread in place of English muffins on the numerous varieties of eggs Benedict).
Also note the hours: they are strictly a morning place and are close at 2:30pm.
A very small caveat: their black tea seemed to have a fruit added - unexpected and not our fave, but I’m sure they would have replaced if asked.
Yes
I’ve been here twice and each time the service and food were excellent. Many options for GF. I’ve had the pancakes and the OMG French toast. It’s a treat to come here.
Yes
Yummy place! I got the OMG! French Toast. All of their pancakes or French Toast could be made GF. My kids ordered apple juice and chocolate milk with their meals. The apple juice was so yummy, more like cider. My son said it was like eating an apple. The chocolate milk was thick and chocolatey. Only complaint is that portion sizes were on the smaller side and we all left still feeling a little hungry. Kids plates needed another pancake with it. My plate could have used an egg or side of bacon...something. Definitely would come here again.
Yes
Very tasty. Menu items “can be prepared GF” which is always a bit unsettling. Got scrambled eggs, hash browns, GF bread and avocado as an extra topping. Great portions, great coffee.
Staff was very knowledgeable about allergy options. We are gluten, dairy, and soy free. All of their gluten free options contained dairy. Other than that the food was very good and so was the wait staff. They use mixes so they can’t swap ingredients out to help make allergy free dishes. Had a good time and enjoyed the food despite our limited choices.

Yum...just yum!! Thank you Find me gluten free for the awesome suggestion!!! Almost everything can be accommodated to GF and they were very knowledgeable.

Their gluten-free pancake trio is amazing! They also have GF toast for French Toast and as a side to the traditional bacon and egg breakfast.
Amazing!! Best pancake I’ve EVER had, even before diagnosis. So good, I wrote a review about it on my blog: onebiteglutenfree.com

They know what they are doing even they are the busiest. Go and eat without thinking about it. Nima tested! Had Benny avocado smash and hash browns. Both were delicious. Loved the place. Just wish they had a bigger gluten free bread instead of a small slice.

This place is a must for celiacs in San Diego! I had 2 breakfasts here: pineapple upside down pancakes(2 giant pancakes, super filling!), and French toast neat (more basic but totally awesome!) I felt very confident that my needs were understood, and it was all fantastic!
