They were able to accommodate gluten free for everything I ordered - noodle dishes with chicken, general Tso chicken, a peanut chicken dish, and beef with green beans. The server confirmed that almost everything on the menu could be gluten free. I did not get sick! Super impressed and so happy to have found a gluten free Chinese spot!!

The owner Peter has no idea what gluten free and celiac requires. He thinks gluten can be eliminated by using the same fryer as gluten. He does not understand. For years he told me it was made “special” “gluten free” but I kept getting stomach aches. When I asked questions I found out he just assumes it’s fine because people don’t complain too much!

Peter sold the business but one of his chefs remained and with him the gluten free expertise. This remains a great address which has now sprung a new sister venue in Beechwood Village.
Peter and the staff are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and can accommodate most dishes on the menu to be gluten free. And they are delicious!
