The whole menu is gluten free. Absolutely amazing food and wonderful not to have the worry about cross contamination. My husband who is not Ceoliac enjoyed it very much too. Would definitely go back.

The menu was all gluten free. The ethos of the meals are sharing. I had monkfish breaded bites with chips, salad and dip. My husband had breaded chicken with mushrooms in cream sauce and chips. Told we were OK to share . They had gf beer available.

Heard great things, but was quite underwhelmed. While the food was pretty good, and it was great knowing it was safe, wouldn’t rush back. The food was pleasant and could get anything on the menu as it is dedicated gluten free, had much better meals out. Service was quite poor.

Second visit and it doesn’t disappoint! Staff are extremely knowledgeable about coeliac! Whole menu is gluten free. Defo visit it if you have a chance, you won’t be disappointed :)

Found this absolute gem on "Find me GF app" and all I can say is WOW. In all my years being diagnosed I've never dined in an exclusive all Gluten Free restaurant. The menu was extensive so much so that my wife & I ordered enough to feed the entire place !!! The food was delicious and the staff were excellent.

There was also numerous options for GF beer which was a nice treat for me

It's a pity we have nowhere like this in Ireland.

Restaurant is fully gluten free. So much choice found it hard to decide. Food was really nice and would never know it was gluten free. Owner is coeliac so felt fully safe.

Great service, fun atmosphere, wonderful menu full of gluten-free options. We were not disappointed! Everything was great; we order 9 or ten different items to share for our party. Kids loved the meatballs, fries, Korean chicken, chicken wings and fries…for just a few. And large drink menu!

It’s kind of a TGI Friday’s vibe, not the best food you’ll ever eat, but it’s just so nice to be invited to the food party and be able to eat everything at the table. In order of yumminess, we had: fried shrimp, edamame, Korean BBQ fried chicken, baby back ribs, chicken wings, beef lasagna, crispy beef, patatas bravas, Parmesan truffle fries (no discernible truffle), and rice (minute rice, not worth it). A lot of the foods are deep fried and the portions are bigger than you expect for tapas, so maybe start with 2 items each and see if you need more. Cocktails were not fresh, seemed like from a variety of mixes. Service was friendly and quick. TVs everywhere with football on, and background music, but you can still talk and hear each other. I would recommend Solis. My gluten-eating husband loved this place and said he would never have guessed it was GF.

Wow what a find for a Coeliac !! If it wasn’t for this app I would never have know about this little gem … what can I say the place is amazing ! Lovely setting , plenty of TVs if you want to watch sport but not overpowering and background music 👌… The menu is 95% gluten free which is very rare , the owner is coeliac so understands the importance of cross contamination and the kitchen is totally gluten free, dedicated fryer .There were 4 of us so we chose 10 plates as it’s like tapas , and I just wanted to try everything lol … the food was amazing !! Nicest food I’ve had in a long time , the bbq ribs , prawns , truffle chips , Korean chicken to say just a few were delicious… we’ve already booked to go back while we are here … it’s a must visit place , staff very friendly, price reasonable, oh and they have a selection of gf beer 🍺 visited yesterday 11th Jan

Found Solis on your app after a TripAdvisor search for gluten-free restaurants proved to be a bit disappointing, couldn’t have been happier.

Incredibly attentive and knowledgeable staff, lot of variety on the menu, great choice of gluten free beers. We tend to prefer trying new places when we go away, but we are here three times during our 8-day trip given the variety and quality. All was homemade, kids loved it and my gluten intolerant wife got to try a few things she normally has to overlook on menus. Highly recommended!

So good! I am extremely sensitive and gets glutened way too often - but not here! Everything on the menu is gluten free (except from some of the beers). They have loads of nice cocktails, sangria and gluten free beer too! We’re staying in Los Cristianos, but it is easy accessible by bus for 1.50 euros :-)

Amazing setting and the food was even better plus really big portions and good value for money! It is tapas but they are large dishes so we got 5 between 2 of us & it was more than enough, everything on the menu is gluten free & there’s no risk of contamination! A must visit.

Everything was gluten free and was cleared by the Nima. Large selection of food and drinks, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We had beef sliders, lasagna, fried beef, and meatballs. Felt very safe eating here as a celiac and the food was amazing!

Recently visited Solis and pleased to report, it has so many GF options. The owner is coeliac and has made sure to include as much on the menu as possible. We went for dinner which included tapas style, monkfish bites, squid, seared tuna and patatas bravas. 4 dishes for 2 people was perfect. We will return for lunch!

Fantastic restaurant for celiacs. Owner is celiac and almost full menu is GF. Dedicated fryer for French fries. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Food is delicious. It’s a nice place to sit and relax. Even though there are a few tvs with soccer or cricket on you can still relax and enjoy a nice meal. Great selection of drinks as well. Gin menu was very thorough.
