Everything on the menu was GF. The portion sizes are large. We had 5 plus bread - we were hungry (!) and this was plenty. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted good. I especially liked the Korean chicken.

Super delicious and most of the menu is gluten-free. When we ordered, they even asked if we had any dietary restrictions.

Recently visited Solis and pleased to report, it has so many GF options. The owner is coeliac and has made sure to include as much on the menu as possible. We went for dinner which included tapas style, monkfish bites, squid, seared tuna and patatas bravas. 4 dishes for 2 people was perfect. We will return for lunch!

Wow what a find for a Coeliac !! If it wasn’t for this app I would never have know about this little gem … what can I say the place is amazing ! Lovely setting , plenty of TVs if you want to watch sport but not overpowering and background music 👌… The menu is 95% gluten free which is very rare , the owner is coeliac so understands the importance of cross contamination and the kitchen is totally gluten free, dedicated fryer .There were 4 of us so we chose 10 plates as it’s like tapas , and I just wanted to try everything lol … the food was amazing !! Nicest food I’ve had in a long time , the bbq ribs , prawns , truffle chips , Korean chicken to say just a few were delicious… we’ve already booked to go back while we are here … it’s a must visit place , staff very friendly, price reasonable, oh and they have a selection of gf beer 🍺 visited yesterday 11th Jan

Fantastic restaurant for celiacs. Owner is celiac and almost full menu is GF. Dedicated fryer for French fries. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Food is delicious. It’s a nice place to sit and relax. Even though there are a few tvs with soccer or cricket on you can still relax and enjoy a nice meal. Great selection of drinks as well. Gin menu was very thorough.

A coeliac dream. 95% of the menu is gluten free and they understand coeliac very well and have strict contaminated protocol. Got to share with friends without worry. I recommend the tuna steak and octopus carpaccio!
