Chips are fried in a shared fryer and are not gluten free. I got barbacoa tacos and the server let kitchen staff know about my gluten allergy. No reaction and food was delicious. I will go back again.

I’ve eaten here for many years. I have the beef taco salad without the tortilla bowl or tacos and black beans. The chips and salsa are also good. I’m highly sensitive and have never had an issue here. I always tell them I’m gluten free.

I have never been to the restaurant but my work place gets them catered in often. I was told the owner has celiac. Everything that was cattered in was gluten free besides the flour tortillas and rice. They are always amazing and I never have gotten sick.

Everything on the menu is gf except for flour tortillas and red sauce on enchiladas. I had the carne asada taco, chicken enchilada, and bean burrito. Oh, and chips & salsa and queso. All was yummy. No reaction. I’ll be back!

Not a place for celiac people. No menu, everything cooked on same grill, same fryers. Eat here at your own risk!!!!!!
No
Not celiac friendly or even gluten intolerant friendly. Nothing is actually GF. They use same fryer even though they say they don't. Ask three different people you'll get 3 different answers. Horrible service. Management is awful as well.
I would say gluten intolerant friendly but the "dedicated fryer" is used to fry breaded chicken strips too. i didn't eat the chips. Food was okay.....(had the vegetarian fajita salad.) Because of the fryer I hate to say celiac friendly.....but they do try to accommodate!

The owner inmediately came out and spoke to me when I sat down and said that the only dedicated fryer they have is for the chips. However, when they get busy, that fryer is also used to fry anything that also needs fried. There is no gf menu and no special kitchen precautions for gf orders. This is not gf or celiac friendly.

FYI. Our server told us tonight that the crunchy tacos are fried in the same oil that they fry chicken tenders in. I'm not sure about the corn tortillas that aren't fried.
My favorite here is the beef tacos. Pretty much everything on menu is gf as long as you request corn tortillas instead of flour, and one of the enchilada sauces has gluten in it. The salsa is gf. The rice is gf also.

I go here weekly and have celiac disease. It never bothers me and service is always great!

This restaurant was terrible. The server rolled his eyes at me when I asked if the chips were gluten free. I talked to a manager, and he wasn't much more reassuring. All of my party got cold food, awful. For the first time in my life I didn't leave a tip.

Food was very good and a large selection of gf.

Awesome food!! The owner came to my table & talked to me about the menu. Chips in a dedicated fryer. Will definitely go back.

This place was great! What the first reviewer said was correct. I had an actual meal not some hodgepodge crap on a plate that happens to be gluten free.
I felt normal! Can't wait to go back!

The owner, Brian Roberts, is always willing to answer your questions about any of the food they make. Their entire menu can be made gluten free by substituting corn tortillas for flour and green enchilada sauce instead of red sauce. He has tried to make everything gluten free, but states he hasn't been able to get the red enchilada sauce to taste right without flour. The chicken cream cheese enchiladas are my favorite. They also have a dedicated gluten free fryer for their chips.
