I’ve had their gluten free pastries many times and luckily never got sick (sensitive celiac). They’ve all been delicious. There’s definitely a chance of cross contamination though so just beware.

They have many gluten free cakes that are naturally gluten free.

The only issue would be for celiacs potentially. Everything is touching each other, but gluten sensitive people should be fine.
