Sophia & Spritz

I was really impressed by the variety of GF options at Sophia and Spritz. Though there is no dedicated GF menu, the server informed me that they can make most things on the menu GF. The server was an absolute gem and very knowledgeable.

The food was excellent. The manager let us know that they have a separate fryer for celiac and the fries, so no cross contamination. That’s a big plus, when it comes to replacing sides as we are also dairy free. The chef also provided his recommendations. They have gluten free buns and pasta. Will definitely eat here again

Staff is very knowledgeable, and the kitchen can accommodate so much. Everything on the menu can be made GF except for a 2-3 dishes. Very nice atmosphere, and delicious food. I’ve been here many many times, tried over 7 of their dishes and they are all delicious. This place offers variety, quality meals, and excellent service
