I’ve been here a few times - it’s fine for coffee, and maybe one of the Togo salads that are premade in a container, but honestly about half the time I’ve gotten sandwiches - I’ve had to correct them for giving me regular bread (I notice because they use standard sliced UDIs for GF, and it’s come on a baguette), or clearly not caring about cross contamination even after I ask.
The staff are really nice, and the food is genuinely good - but as a celiac, it’s just not worth the risk for me. If you must go - I suggest late afternoon or mid-morning, they get slammed for the breakfast and lunch crowds which just makes things worse.

Make sure you specifically say you have celiac and that they need to change gloves, etc.! As long as you advocate for yourself this is absolutely a safe option and very very good. The only times I’ve gotten sick is when I only said “gluten free bread” and didn’t let them know it was an allergy/celiac. Otherwise great about it. One of my favorite places in Boston. I go there all the time and love it. The grilled cheese with tomato and avocado is my go-to hangover cure.

The staff was very accommodating explaining all the items that are or could be made gluten free on the menu. The waiter informed me that there will be cross contamination for all fried foods. Also, he informed the chef and indicated the special diet on my order.
THERES NO GF OPTIONS- thought they have bread but not anymore- don’t come here
Breakfast sandwich is dynamite! They are super knowledgeable and know that home fries aren't safe because of cross contamination, etc. Option of GF muffin for the pastry platter! I felt very safe eating here and definitely will come back often
