I’ve been here a few times - it’s fine for coffee, and maybe one of the Togo salads that are premade in a container, but honestly about half the time I’ve gotten sandwiches - I’ve had to correct them for giving me regular bread (I notice because they use standard sliced UDIs for GF, and it’s come on a baguette), or clearly not caring about cross contamination even after I ask.
The staff are really nice, and the food is genuinely good - but as a celiac, it’s just not worth the risk for me. If you must go - I suggest late afternoon or mid-morning, they get slammed for the breakfast and lunch crowds which just makes things worse.
