They have a dedicated chip fryer, and they were delicious. Our waiter wasn’t the most knowledgeable, but noted a ‘gluten allergy’ on our dinner to ensure the cooks would make it safe. Our waiter thought most of the meats were not gluten free due to marinade- but I’m not sure he was fully clear. I would go again, just be prepared to ask a lot of questions, but I felt safe with the food I ordered. If we end up getting sick, I’ll edit.
