The chips are gluten free and done in their own fryer! They also served me my own salsa so no one else could dip anything into my salsa. The server was very aware of Celiac Disease and was able to show me what they could and couldn’t do gluten free and was very knowledgable. The food was delicious!

I will start by saying that this should be a 3 dollar sign restaurant. However, you must go! It’s an upscale restaurant that serves Mexican cuisine. It is nothing like I expected, it exceeded expectation! Everyone in the restaurant understood gluten issues and the manager was informed when we ordered. He even brought out our food specifically and noted it was all gluten-free. When we sat down, we were created with chips and two types of salsa and black refried beans. The chicken enchilada was the best I’ve ever had. The rice was outstanding. And their top shelf. Margarita was incredible. Pretty much everything I put in my mouth was the best I’ve ever eaten. They also had a gluten-free flan with candied pecans, blackberries, and a salted caramel sauce. I have no words! Even my gluten, loving wife really enjoyed this place.

The wait staff, manager and kitchen are amazingly supportive with full notification and personal food delivery from the manager. Dedicated fryer for tortilla chips, delivered immediately upon seating with two salsas and a bean dip which are all outstanding. The chicken enchiladas combo platter with beans and rice were fantastic, the salsa verde has just enough kick. Ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, Sysco does not deliver here ;). The cocktails are made with freshly squeezed juices. The ambiance was top notch. We were served hot hand towels after our dinner and before dessert … which was no afterthought! Think caramel flan meets crème brûlée with a cheesecake texture topped with fresh berries and candied pecans … we will be dreaming about this place … and I’m not even GF!

Amazing food and helpful staff! Chef brought out my food specially for gluten allergy. I had 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and street corn. The chips have a separate fryer but mention that you have the gluten allergy to let them know. Spectacular tamarindo margarita as well. I’ll be dreaming of this place for a long time.

Wonderful service, knowledgeable staff, complete confidence they understood and accommodated me. Waitress pointed out all GF options. Chips are GF and they have 3 different salsas. Had cheese enchilada and beans, so yummy! Hard to find GF red enchilada sauce, but you can get it here!

I have celiac and this place was excellent! I felt very comfortable because the server was very clear what was safe and confirmed with the kitchen. The chips and salsa were great and the enchiladas were delicious.

I let the waitress know that i had Celiac Disease. She immediately got another piece of paper from her pad and wrote that down. Then made sure to reassure me that thr chef knew all about allergens, so not to worry. She also asked if i had any other allergens to worry about, which impressed me. My meal was brought out separately from everyone else's. Food was delish.

Only downside was that our hour wait ended up being 2 hours. And then, once seated, it was a half hour before anyone came to even talk to us. We actually caught a server to ask who was looking after our table. Apart from initial lack of service, once we got our food, it was yummy

I found this restaurant through this app, but always like to inquire in person about their gf options. When they respond and use the word “celiac,” I tend to breathe a sigh of relief. The food is amazing, and they understand cross contamination. I highly recommend!

90% of the menu was gluten free. Everyone from the hostess to the servers mentioned the allergy and everything that was delivered from guac to carnitas, I was assured that the staff knew about my allergy without me asking. I’ve never been so confident in a kitchen. Wow! I’m so very impressed. I’ll 100% be coming again.

We really liked this restaurant. They use a dedicated fryer for the chips. One of the salsas served with the chips is not GF, so maybe ask about that. Other fried items are not GF. The beans and rice are GF and most dishes can be made GF. I had the seafood chile relleno. It was not battered and fried, but delicious.

Not only was the waitstaff,Kyle, extremely conscious of my GF and dairy allergy, he made sure that the management and kitchen was aware of my allergies. Excellent meal and didn’t get bit by the gluten or dairy bug! Excellent customer service and food! Xoxo

They have a dedicated chip fryer, and they were delicious. Our waiter wasn’t the most knowledgeable, but noted a ‘gluten allergy’ on our dinner to ensure the cooks would make it safe. Our waiter thought most of the meats were not gluten free due to marinade- but I’m not sure he was fully clear. I would go again, just be prepared to ask a lot of questions, but I felt safe with the food I ordered. If we end up getting sick, I’ll edit.
