Staff was knowledgeable about gluten ingredients. Food tasted great. Gf bun fell apart while eating. They did put cheese on one of the gluten free Burgers even though we did not ask for it and they are a celiac with a dairy allergy. They changed gloves and bagged each person's order separately.

South Street is the only “fast food” place I feel comfortable eating at. They have separate ingredients, a dedicated toaster and fryer, and are incredibly conscious. A little expensive for what you get, but having a good burger and fries at a restaurant that’s safe is a rarity.

I went here because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. Not only do they have all the proper procedures in place if you notify them you need to be gluten free, you can see everything they're doing behind the counter which is great if you're nervous about cross contamination like me. I'm definitely going back here!

South Street Burger never fails to please! They were super conscious with cross contamination issues, even which a busy line up waiting behind us. As usual, great job keeping the celiac community feeling safe and taken care of, while providing a yummy burger and fries!

Staff was amazing, dedicated toaster, dedicated fryer, everyone changed their gloves, separate toppings for gf. I'm super sensitive and had no issues. We're only here for a few days but we'll be back before we leave!

Super understanding staff! Completely different topping station for gluten allergies! Haven't had fast food since I was diagnosed and I am so happy I found this place

All fries are done in a gluten free fryer and the gluten free bun is really good and toasted in a dedicated toaster. Great quality beef and toppings. If you explain that you are Celiac or have an allergy all staff will change their gloves and they will use toppings that were never used on gluten products. I feel totally safe eating here and have not gotten sick any time that I have gone.

Awesome! Great food. Workers changed gloves and were as careful as they could be. They were serious and considerate of the restrictions. They gave the caveat they can't be 100% because there are gluten buns on premise but they have a separate toaster for the GF buns and change gloves between. Separate individual packages for ketchup and New York fries. A 7 year old celiac a dream come true.

This was the best burger I have ever had. The gluten free buns don’t fall apart and the burger was so juicy. They have a gluten free fryer so I could have fries or sweet potato fries, which are also very good. The place was very clean and the service was so nice and also very fast.

Super great! They knew everything about cross contamination and were very willing to get new bins of everything to make sure there was no cross contact. They offered gluten free buns and toasted them in a separate toaster. They also had a separate fryer for fries. It was delicious!!
