Having a dedicated gluten free kitchen made this the safest spot I found in my short visit to Key West. The menu is mostly appetizer style food intended to accompany drinks. It was solid food and a welcome relief to eat safely in Key West.

I did not try the beer, but the staff assured me all the beer they brew is gluten removed to under 20 ppm. I don’t understand the science of gluten removal so I’ll leave that to others to decide.

I would argue this place should be considered dedicated gluten free on fmgf dedicated filter since all food prepared in the kitchen is gluten free.

This is a pub establishment that serves gluten free food. I can’t speak for the beer, except I am told it has the gluten removed. Apparently the owner has celiac. The Thai noodles with chicken that I ordered was really tasty. The menu is apparently gluten free but it doesn’t state gluten free on the board. I am told the food choices changes occasionally.

My kiddo also had the noodles and hubby had the shepherd pie and it was well enjoyed, though those two aren’t celiac.

This is 1000% safe…owner is celiac. No gluten allowed in the kitchen. You gotta try the cashew beef hummus with chips! Phenomenal :)

This place is wonderfully gf/celiac friendly! All the beers are gluten removed (under 20ppm), wine etc and a dedicated gf kitchen. My highly gluten sensitive husband enjoyed many of their beers and food without issues

Delicious beer. I’m a celiac but do gluten reduced beer on occasion. Menu is small but good options. All gf. Really cute place. Tucked away on a busy street. Nice place to chill from the craziness.

My wife has Celiac and is on a STRICT non-gluten diet. She skipped the beer because it is “gluten reduced”, but she tried several dishes on multiple visits and loved them all without fear as they have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen! Highly recommended for food… and the beer is fine for companions who do not have Celiac.

100% gf menu. Over a dozen gf beers and some great food options. Very friendly and fun atmosphere

Everything in the restaurant is gluten free, so there is no cross contamination in the kitchen! The service is amazing, this is a small local business. The owners are happy to talk to you about their story and every part of the brewing process and food production. They even have a comic book style pamphlet that explains the brewing process. Gluten free or not you will have an amazing time and enjoy everything they offer. My boyfriend is not gluten free and loves the beer and food as much as me. As an added bonus they have air conditioning and a beatiful outdoor area which is a hard to come bye in Key West.

Beware the beer is gluten REDUCED, not gluten free. I inquired prior and was told the beer is gluten free. I even told the beertender that I have Celiac and need to be sure it is Celiac safe. After drinking the beer, I was talking to the brewer/owner's wife and she informed me the beer is made with gluten grains and is gluten reduced. Well that sucks! Staff needs to understand the difference! The food is GF and delish though.

We apologies for any confusion. Our beer is "crafted to remove gluten" meaning that by the end of the process it has no gluten. However, you are correct that we do start with barley. Our staff has been trained, but evidently did not make it clear to you. For which I am sorry.

We have had our beers tested in a lab, and at most they register under 20ppm - therefore gluten free.

Great place to go for drinks and food with friends. They have a fun set up in the yard for chilling with drinks.

Menu focus is definitely on the beer with food options that are good snacks for drinking and a couple of bigger items like the burger if you are super hungry.

Owner indicated it is dedicated gluten free food wise and they have a ton of types of gluten removed beer

was promised this place was gf by two employees. told the beers were either gf or gluten removed and were safe for celiac. also had the peanut rice noodles. not sure which triggered it, but ended up throwing up after eating/drinking here.

I was impressed by this place! If you are gluten free, I highly recommend, and you won’t be disappointed. I’m highly sensitive and follow a gluten free diet. My husband does not, but he was very well pleased. I had the Peanut Thai Rice noodles with chicken, and he had the BBQ pulled Chicken sandwich. Both were delicious- very flavorful, generous portions. Everything is 100% gluten free with no cross contamination. They also brew their own beer. I had the Blast #1 Southernmost Pint Golden Ale, which was hands down best gluten free beer I’ve ever had. They have cider, wine and other gluten free alcoholic beverages as well. Stop by! I give them an A+, 10/10!

Gluten free local brewing by Blast beer company on taps. Also have cider, canned cocktails and other things. Gluten free bar snacks too! Only been open 1 month- come in and get your gluten free fix!

Ordered everything on the menu for my family. Everything is gluten free and fresh made. Spoke to the chef and she is very aware of accommodations. So glad to find the place and didn’t get sick.
