Having a dedicated gluten free kitchen made this the safest spot I found in my short visit to Key West. The menu is mostly appetizer style food intended to accompany drinks. It was solid food and a welcome relief to eat safely in Key West.
I did not try the beer, but the staff assured me all the beer they brew is gluten removed to under 20 ppm. I don’t understand the science of gluten removal so I’ll leave that to others to decide.
I would argue this place should be considered dedicated gluten free on fmgf dedicated filter since all food prepared in the kitchen is gluten free.
