I had a great experience at Spencer's! I am Celiac and my husband confirmed with the manager and chef that it would be safe from cross contamination and had allergy protocols in place. We arrived a few minutes late but they held our reservation. Serve acknowledged our reservation had a Celiac patron marked and made it very comfortable when I asked additional questions while ordering.
We ordered Billionaire Bacon, Cesar Salad (no croutons and the chef verified the pesto was celiac safe). I had the Waygu Filet Minion with Bernaise Sauce, asparagus and Truffle Potato Gratin. Husband had Waygu Ribeye with Truffle Butter and Smoked Gouda Mac n cheese with bacon.
Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered Creme Brulee for dessert. Server was prompt, polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating when I asked to have Chef check ingredients to ensure it would be safe for me to eat.
I highly recommend Spencer's for its great food and how GF knowledgeable they are! They don't have a GF menu but they were great about us asking questions.
Also, I am usually very sensitive and will know if I've been gluten from cross contamination within about 20 minutes and I felt fine. I was stuffed from the delicious food but no ill celiac side effects.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The food was amazing, but unfortunately I had a “cross contamination reaction”. I get varying symptoms between CC and full on glutening, and while this wasn’t a full on glutening, I did have mild symptoms of a reaction. Waiter was very good, but wasn’t as knowledgeable about what did or did not possibly have gluten in it as I would have hoped. The menu was a bit misleading, only two items were indicated as not gluten free, but yet the crab dip came with a side of bread, which I saw and asked for a sub before ordering. Beef tips were delicious but, but I also had speculations about the sauce. I know there can typically be hidden sources like soy sauce or gravy in those, so I’m not sure which one triggered the slight reaction.

Inside the Hilton hotel. They easily accommodate for GF. Menu marked but ask. Service varies greatly. Had good luck this trip but others had to get reimbursed because took too long.
Yes
wait service staff very nice, manager was very rude. and not professional. we were regulars here for years, and even had been recognised by having our names put on the wall.. We will never Grace the doors again. .. the last 4 times I have been sick by the time I left, and management does not care.... do not go if you are truly G.F!!!!!!!!

Checked in late to the Hilton after a lousy day of air travel and ate here. I had no issues and the menu clearly indicated gf options. The waiter knew what celiac is, and offered suggestions. When he brought bread for the rest of the table he set it away from me on purpose. Had the steak tips and salad w/ balsamic. It was pretty good, but the creme brûlée a la bananas foster was excellent. I can really put away a dessert, and this was so rich i couldn't finish it.
