From a celiac's perspective, do not eat the gluten free pizza here, it is not safe. The staff was very friendly and tried to help, and although they had heard of celiac disease, they did not seem to understand cross-contamination. The compact prep area has the (gluten) pizza dough directly next to all of the toppings, which are not covered. Every time they set the pizza dough on the board in front of the toppings, a cloud of flour blows out and settles on the toppings. The manager was very reassuring that they make hundreds of GF pizzas a month and he's never heard of any problems, but obviously this is not a safe place for a celiac to eat pizza. He thought the heat of the pizza oven would "kill" the gluten but as a celiac knows, it does not - even if it is charred. I opted instead for a salad, which are prepared in an area off to the side. After sending the salad back because it came out with a piece of bread, they gave me a complimentary GF flatbread with rosemary and parm that they cooked in a clean pan so it wouldn't touch the oven surface (which I suggested that they cook for celiacs in this way - they had never heard of this - before I saw the clouds of flour). I did not eat it, and let my husband have it. The salad was good, but the false assurances I received makes me too uneasy to return to this restaurant.
