Positive recommendation, celiac friendly casual dining.
We were walking around downtown Fort Collins and enjoyed eating dinner at spoons. Soup was tasty. Didn’t get sick.

Everything is delicious, and every item is labelled both on the menu, on the little sign right next to the rotating flavors of soup, and on the website which lists the current flavors. (GF, DF, Vegetarian, etc) Usually at least half the options are GF.
A go-to to for my wife and me. We can get a full course meal between soup, salad, and sandwich with little restriction and everything is clearly labeled.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Wish I lived in Colorado!
Menu and reader board indicate GF options. Lots of GF soup choices. GF salads are limited. Ask for GF bread - it comes individually wrapped!
Delicious local food with clearly labelled gluten free options! I eat here at least once a week. Love it!!!
delicious soups made daily, salads and GF bread for sandwiches!!! can also buy soups by the quart, frozen to eat at home.
I have celiac disease and I’m highly sensitive - Spoons is one of my top 3 go to restaurants in FoCO for 10 years! I feel very safe with the soups/chili that are labeled GF - it’s fun to actually be able to taste different flavors! (Usually there’s at least 4 different types of soup a day that are gf!) They have good gluten free bread. Here are my go to meals that I have always eaten here: soups, farmers market salad, and sandwich on gluten free bread! I always say I have celiac and they are careful with my food.
(My husband likes going there too because he can load up on all the gluten things while I can load up on all the gf things!)

Very unsafe, gotten sick here twice. This place is horrible do not trust them if you're celiac.
Old reviews are a little outdated. Spoons is very well labeled and the employees generally understand how cross contamination works. Good food as well.
GF very well labeled and always have many choices. Not a huge soup guy, but still like going.
