I have celiac disease and I’m highly sensitive - Spoons is one of my top 3 go to restaurants in FoCO for 10 years! I feel very safe with the soups/chili that are labeled GF - it’s fun to actually be able to taste different flavors! (Usually there’s at least 4 different types of soup a day that are gf!) They have good gluten free bread. Here are my go to meals that I have always eaten here: soups, farmers market salad, and sandwich on gluten free bread! I always say I have celiac and they are careful with my food.
(My husband likes going there too because he can load up on all the gluten things while I can load up on all the gf things!)

Positive recommendation, celiac friendly casual dining restaurant. We were walking around downtown Fort Collins and enjoyed eating dinner at spoons. Soup was tasty. Didn’t get sick.

Everything is labeled GF always! Good food (a little overhyped) but definitely a good option and Celiac friendly

I've been here twice, and the first time was great but the second time was awful. Both times I got a gf soup and gf salad combo with gf bread and everything tasted delicious, however, the second time I had a very bad reaction to the food. There must have been some cross contamination somewhere.

They clearly label everything, everything is always yummy, and now they have gf bread for their sandwiches. They are toasted in a common toaster oven, so that is something to be aware of.
They clearly label every gf friendly soup option of the day as "gf"
loved the gluten free options. the soup and bread was delish.
Love the soups, not sure about cross contamination for sandwiches but they seem helpful and knowledgeable

I love Spoons! Everything is marked very well and they will get fresh ingredients for sandwiches and salads in the back. I prefer ordering inside rather than online because they have ignored order notes before and it's better to make sure they know it's not just preference. I haven't ever gotten sick from them but I've only ever tried their soups and a couple salads, not their sandwiches. I have had their bread on the side and it's a bit dry as usual, but their GF monster cookies are awesome and don't make me sick despite having oats.

They were knowledgeable and friendly. Asked before toasting sandwich due to non dedicated oven.
