I decided to give this place a try because it came so highly recommended for celiac safe plus I’ve eaten there before and it was amazing. Did not disappoint for dinner last night and when you go to order your food and make sure it’s celiac safe dedicated space and the response was “we take this very seriously”. That’s a good sign. No reaction. Love the ambiance. Definitely one of my favorite places. Also almost everything is modifiable and only 2 items on menu not gluten free. 🙌🏽

Really tasty, unique menu with almost all gluten free items. I had the spicy fried chicken and it was incredible. I always miss being able to eat fried chicken, but they make theirs gluten free and it was delicious! I would say 90% of the menu at least was made gluten free, with tons of options that are different from the normal GF options so this place was a real treat.

This place is awesome and worth the wait. The gluten free items are excellent and there are a lot of them. Safe for Celiac. The service is friendly and super efficient. Highlight was the spicy fried chicken being GF.

I had the GG spicy fried chicken with cucumber salad. It was delish!! LONG wait on a Saturday at 5:30 pm but we got lucky with a seat at the bar.

Mostly gluten-free, although I doubt anyone would be the wiser. This is a very popular restaurant that seems to always have a line. The setup is very efficient, you get your order in quickly, and then get seated. Staff will even take your drink order when you arrive, and you can enjoy your drink while you are waiting in line. Food is fusion style, creative and very enjoyable.

Amazing food. I have celiac and there were plenty of choices. I had the Lomo Salgado and my wife had street tacos.
So good! Most of the menu is GF and they have a primarily GF kitchen. I called beforehand and they said the only thing I was unable to eat was the Korean bbq steak and the wontons, which are pan fried separately from everything else. We got a side of fried chicken and it was so good, I wish I’d gotten that as my main meal. The saltado was ok and the Dan Dan noodles were very good but spicy

Delicious food! Lots of gluten free options & it was hard to choose! My chicken & rice bowl with cucumber salad was a great choice, though not enough food since I arrived in Bend ravenous. The mocktail I ordered was delicious, too, & refreshing. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing food! Loved the fried chicken, jasmine rice and cucumber salad. Staff was very familiar with celiac, said the only gluten is the wontons and bread for sandwiches, which is prepared in a separate area in the kitchen. Can’t wait to go back, would definitely recommend for a person with celiac.

I went here in a party of 4. We ordered spicy fried chicken, spicy pork noodles, the vegetarian had spicy cauliflower and I had fried catfish tacos. I am the only celiac in the group, but everything was gluten free so I was able to taste everything. It was all absolutely fabulous! Margaritas were good and they have tasty mocktails if you do not drink alcohol but want a fun drink. Highly recommend!

I just had the best experience here! I came with 3 gluten friends and they raved about their food. We will be coming here every time we visit bend. I had the green curry which was a bit spicy for me but was delicious. The drinks are also awesome. I highly recommend

Amazing service; supper knowledgeable about cross contamination with procedures if you tell them you’re celiac. Delicious food and no reaction. I had the green curry (amazing but v spicy) and steak salad (reminiscent of larb flavors).

Easy to order, menu clearly marked with gf. There was an error with our order, not a huge deal but a bummer because my husband was looking forward to the spicy cauliflower (but we got chicken and he doesn’t eat meat). Also the lomo saltato was really salty. I like a lot of salt, so if it seemed salty to me, it was probably over the top. The flavors were great though, and I just brought it home and added some extra veggies. Also, the kid meals were great sizes and simple kid friendly taste.

Came here twice while visiting Bend. Most of the menu is GF and they are super knowledgeable about preventing cross-contamination. Had the green curry and spicy fried chicken and wow, amazing! Can’t remember the last time I had an Asian fried chicken dish- such a treat. Highly recommend Spork. If I lived locally I’d be here all the time. My husband is vegetarian and loved his food as well.

I didn't call ahead but the cashier said the risk was low because there were only a couple dishes with gluten. I decided to take a risk and eat there since it had good reviews on here. I ordered the spicy fried chicken and it was amazing! And I had no reaction after eating there.

I had the green curry. It was spicy and delicious. Celiac safe with gluten free items clearly marked, dedicated prep area, and a cool atmosphere. My son is autistic and there was nothing basic (boring) enough on the menu for him, but the rest of our group was well fed.

A blend of many flavors: Asian, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, and American. Great decor. I have celiac and loved the spicy chicken pieces on jasmine rice with a Mexican Coke and a “special” side of Mexican corn-on-the-cob. When I said I was celiac, they said the only gluten in the kitchen is bread that goes in a toaster, otherwise the kitchen was gluten-free.

OMG 😃 get the spicy fried chicken! It’s sriracha spicy and delicious. The wait staff at the counter understood Celiac and knew that I couldn’t eat food from a shared fryer. Also get a glass of their raspberry matcha tea it’s spectacular!

Spork is always so tasty! I highly recommend the chicken rice bowl, gf fried chicken, and cucumber salad. They have online ordering now, and a button to select celiac when ordering, which I really appreciate. I’ve eaten there several times and I’ve never been glutened.

Love.
GREAT menu selection, felt awesome after eating here and felt spoiled for choice!
Massive variety of full-flavor foods, freshly prepared.
I’m not celiac, but am highly sensitive (mast cell disease, so I’m reactive within five minutes of exposure).
Many of the dishes are naturally gluten-free, and they sound like there is minimal risk of cross-contamination! This is a must eat place when we visit Bend, my family loves the spicy fried chicken.
