Really good seasonal food and a ton of gluten free choices! We had fried green tomatoes, fried deviled eggs (which were more like hard boiled eggs) and for my entree I had shrimp and grits. It was so good! I Highly recommend it. Could come back here repeatedly because of the variety!

This is my favorite and safest restaurant. I eat here all the time. I never get sick. Their menu changes seasonally. Brunch is not as gluten friendly as lunch and dinner, but you will always have multiple options when dining here.

I may be biased to this place because I used to work there for a long period of time, but this is my favorite gluten-free friendly restaurant in Atlanta (as I myself have celiac.) They have a quaint and chic ambiance, they are a small family business and they accommodating towards any food allergy or disability. They change their menus seasonally, and 80% of the items on the menu are already gluten free or can be made gluten free. Their menu items are unique and tasteful, and they have a full bar with lots of creative and fancy drinks. They also take to-go orders! Make sure to make your reservations in advance as they are very popular, but the experience is well worth it!

Great for true Celiac. One of the best GF menus in Atlanta and staff is always knowledgeable. This is one of our go-tos for both a special occasion with a large group or a casual date night. Also family friendly

Went with my Celiac daughter, who really enjoyed their GF burger and fries. Dedicated fryers, prep area, and very responsive staff. Breaded items are made with rice flour.

They had a gluten free dairy free fried chicken plate (from a dedicated fryer!) that was so good I almost cried. I’m quite sensitive to gluten and felt great after. Definitely will be back!

The staff is super knowledgeable and just about everything is gluten free. Beyond that it's all delicious! And a significant other to a celiac, I can say that even the gluten free items are as delicious as something with Gluten might be!

It’s been my go-to restaurant for a couple of years. I have Celiac Disease & am reactive to trace elements of cross contamination. Sprig is on my very short list of Celiac safe restaurants.

Amazing and delicious food. Have great experiences every time we go. A hidden gem of a restaurant. You will not be disappointed. My first time there I tried one of the fried GF options and was quite amazed. It had been years since I'd eaten that kind of food. Very talented chef.

All of Sprigs fried food is GF even the fried chicken that is served on sat and sun for brunch. Serve their sandwiches with Pure Knead bread for the GF option.

Ate here Dec. 12, 2015, and was sick within the hour. This was after explaining in detail to waitress of my Celiac. Original order delivered by a different server. When I asked for assurance it was on gluten-free bread the server said, "No, it was not noted in your order as a request." Just then our original server walked by and stated that she forgot to note that on the order (and really didn't seem to care either!) So the manager took away our plates and ensured us she would take care of it. Food was great...until within the hour both me and my girlfriend (also Celiac) were sick. Classic gluten contamination symptoms for me and unfortunately sick for days! Do not recommend as they obviously don't know what they are doing even though they act like it.

This casual bistro in the Oak Grove area of Decatur offers a gluten-free biscuit with one of their brunch meals and the veggie plate comes with a gluten-free cornbread muffi n. Lunch and dinner options include dishes like smoked trout dip with house-made chips, crab cakes, marinated pork chops over roasted garlic grits and a turkey and pesto Panini. Kids under 12 can enjoy the junior Sprig burger or gluten-free pasta. Care is taken to keep the gluten-free dishes as safe as possible in a mixed use kitchen.

I liked the dips w gf bread app but was unimpressed with my fish. The southern green beans were SO salty it was unpalatable. Expensive for fish and veg I could get anywhere.

The menu is awesome at Sprig, as is the restaurant itself. Many GF options to choose from! We did the fried oysters and I had the Bacon pimento cheese sandwich on GF bread. The house salad is light and delicious. Everything I tried was so tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked GF related questions. I will definitely go back!!
