Not certain about the behind the scenes cross contamination protocols but, as a celiac affected by cross contamination the pizza here caused no problems. Food was delicious, gf crust maybe a tad spongey but the toppings tasted really fresh! The only gf beer they had was one where they remove the gluten after its brewed (not usually celiac friendly) so we skipped on the beer.
