Pizza is NOT Celiac safe. They do NOT have a dedicated area for prepping or cooking pizza. They do take precautions, such as changing gloves, clean cutter, pan, etc. the gluten free pizza is prepped and cooked in same area as all other with pizza crusts being hand tossed and flour being tossed around. The manager was very helpful with making a safe choice. I ended up with a Greek Salad that was very good. The manager said it was prepped in a different area than pizzas and salads had its own area of toppings. I also ordered the GF cheesecake. It is made out of house and has a GF crushed ginger cookie crust and blackberry topping.
