Review of Staks Pancake Kitchen

First of all I’m a college student and have met my mom (she is also celiac) there during the week at a brunch time so I can’t say anything about the service at a rush time. We have always split an order of buckwheat pancakes, if you tell them when you order they’re happy to put them on two plates, neither of us have had a bad reaction. I did not think much of the cheese grits but the buckwheat pancakes are great (I like to have them with pecans and chocolate chips). I’m not sure if it would be a good place for someone with a nut allergy or milk allergy but for everyone else I would recommend it.
