Review of Starbird Chicken

The food was great, the menu online identified certain things like the tender boxes has been gluten-free. The tablet in the store didn’t, so we were a little wary. The director of marketing Who confirmed that the classic Nashville hot and Kali loaded tender boxes are gluten-free, the Thai tinderbox is not due to the sauce. That they use separate fryers so even though they have churros on the menu those are done in a separate fryer from the chicken. He also said his brother has celiac and “enjoys their chicken quite often”. I provided them some feedback about some inconsistencies that caused doubt in the mind of a celiac, hopefully they’ll take some of the suggestions and make us feel more confident in eating their delicious food. I tried the Nashville hot taco on a corn tortilla, delicious. My celiac son had the chicken tender box and thought it was fantastic!

Apparently the fries DO NOT have a separate fryer from churros, only the chicken is Celiac Safe. :-(
