Very knowledgable about gluten free cooking and cross contamination, with very thorough and safe processes in place. One of two pizza places in Brisbane that I’m aware of like this.

Even checks all their ingredients for gluten. I asked about rubs, spices, marinades, sauces etc. and was told ‘we check absolutely everything. So refreshing.

Several GF beers available too! Phil was so helpful. Even threw in a free GF garlic bread pizza, which made me feel super welcome. Highly recommend.

Called up to ask about celiac safety and they provided a thorough explanation of their procedures to avoid cross-contamination (separate trays, clean utensils, bases stay wrapped until used) - only thing was the shared pizza oven if you are worried about gluten in the air in the oven. Delicious pizzas and friendly staff

We had four gluten free pizzas they were all delicious. $5 extra per base which is pretty standard. The person taking our order asked if it was for coeliac which was appreciated! Staff were very friendly. They stock a few different types of two bays (GF) beers, typically including one of the seasonal ones which is nice.
