One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! Carrot ginger soup for sipping, silky cheese quiche with salad, and homemade focaccia bread. Incredibly good. It was also great to be able to sample from my husband’s plate since everything is gluten free. Even though we don’t live anywhere close to Jim Thorpe, I will be back!
