A family member contacted this restaurant asking if their gluten free pizza is safe for celiacs. We got a very long winded answer about how some celiacs can eat their GF pizza without reaction but some cannot which is not how celiac works at all. They explained that their “gluten free” pizza is “gluten free” because it doesn’t contain pesticides and “most people with gluten intolerance can have it because most of them are sensitive to the pesticide not the actual gluten.” There is no scientific foundation for this, just one literature review that considers a potential causation. I wouldn’t trust them if you’re celiac or intolerant unless you really think pesticides are your entire problem.

Very tasty! Had the gf pizza and salad. The dressing was avocado cucumber dill and it was so fresh and flavorful. The pizza crust was also delicious. I will be back!
My husband and I have eaten here several times. They are incredibly knowledgeable of celiac and gluten free separation! Though I haven't brought my son who is more sensitive than my husband, after eating here a few times I feel safe bringing him and will soon!
