Staff is clueless about what does/doesn't contain gluten. Was served queso (was with a group - did not order it myself), that the waitress assured me was GF; it wasn't, and I was sick for a week because of it. When I called the next day to ask the manager if it was GF, she tried to blame me and said I should have checked the menu (I was never given a menu). Perhaps she needs to train her staff better instead of blaming customers. Have had other food here in the past, it's just standard hotel food. Recommend going elsewhere if you are in downtown Denver.
