Dedicated GF fryer and their tempura batter is GF. I didn’t get sick but I was apprehensive because their seared ahi tuna salad was marked as GF even though the wonton strips and fish roe are not GF. I clarified that I get sick from cross contamination in advance and they said that they remade the whole salad before bringing it out because the chef realized the roe was not GF after they had put it on. Unfortunately, no one else in our group (none of them are GF) was impressed by the food.
