Review of Strada Italiano

We ate dinner at Strada Italiano on a Thursday evening. Reservations could not have been simpler- we did them online a day in advance. The restaurant is well appointed and warmly decorated, and the mood was calm and well run. Our server, Fallon, was a delight. She knowledgably walked us through the restaurant’s ability to prepare and serve gluten free, Celiac- safe food. There is a gluten free fryer- a rarity at most restaurants, even GF safe ones. My husband ate a regular, non-GF meal, and everything at our table was entirely wonderful. The fried calamari, Papa Fred pizza, house-made cannelloni with spinach and ricotta, and (my word) the peanut butter banana creme brûlée comprised one of the best meals we’ve had. It is obvious the kitchen is thoughtfully run, ingredients are carefully selected, and the final dishes are simply a treat. Please go see for yourself and enjoy an impressive and truly delicious meal.
