This highly themed experience bar/restaurant is fun even if you don’t have a meal here. But they do have some gluten free options. They use gluten free soy sauce and I had the Ahi Tuna. It was wonderful. The bartender who placed the order was very aware of celiac disease. She assured me they would use a clean space away from the normal prep to prepare my food. I had the crème burlee for dessert.
