Excellent food choices. Spoke with the owner, who assured us that the items listed as gluten free were actually gluten free. Owners have family members with food intolerances/allergies.
This is the first restaurant I have eaten at that I felt confident my food was in fact gluten free. The Salmon and Scallops dishes were delicious. The chocolate cake was the bomb!
We are looking forward to our next meal at SubTerra. I highly recommend this restaurant for gluten free fine dining.

Great menu and wine list. Server was excellent to make sure I felt safe there. Dedicated fryer and a chef that takes all the precautions. If I were in the area I would go back.

NY Strip steak very tender, asparagus perfect, fries crispy and really flavorful. Nice wine selection.

Such a delicious meal! Lots of items on the menu are labeled gluten free, they have a dedicated gf fryer, and are confident in their ability to minimize cross contamination. The owner, Stephanie, took the time to check in with every table and was lovely. We will definitely be coming back!
