I ate at the subway in Uden Centrum. They cleaned everything including oven for me and clean gloves. They knew a lot about glutenfree food and how to prevent cross contamination. There is a folder with information about allergens. So you can choose easily what to eat.

Tussen de opties zag ik ineens glutenvrij brood staan. Helemaal blij toen ik dat zag. Qua toppings weet ik niet of het helemaal glutenvrij is, maar ik ben daar zelf niet heel moeilijk in.

Toen ik vroeg of ik een glutenvrij broodje mocht, trok ze direct schone handschoentjes aan en de broodjes haalde ze uit de vriezer, apart verpakt. Magnetron deden ze ook met bakpapier eronder dus wist hoe ze er mee om moest gaan. Heerlijk broodje gegeten! 😁

They have gluten-free buns and before preparing they ask if you are sensitive for cross contamination. If so they will make sure to bake the bread separately from the others and change there gloves for every new handling they do in preparing your sandwich. Impressed by how well they consider gluten allergy (for a chain).

Op het park Slagharen dus entreekaarten nodig. Lange rij dus even wachten. Het broodje is 100% glutenvrij dus ook tarwezetmeel vrij. Glutenvrij broodje ham, kaas, ei gekozen met mayonaise, komkommer, ijsbergsla en augurk. Broodje is erg lekker, had warmer gekund echter vanwege magnetron is 40 seconden de maximale tijd voor het brood. Worden nieuwe handschoenen gebruikt en bakpapier. Je krijgt twee glutenvrij broodjes omdat ze kleiner zijn dan de niet glutenvrij broodjes.

Ze hebben hier glutenvrij brood, maar plakken alle groenten uit dezelfde bak als waar ze al met hun handen vol gluten in hebben gezeten. Voor coeliakie dus niet glutenvrij.
