Review of Subway

There are several categories for gluten free food... Barely edible, edible and actually good.The new gluten free buns at Subway fall into the actually good category. In fact they are some of the best gluten-free bread I've tasted. Finally I can get healthy food on the fly that tastes good. Kudos to the owner of this franchise.Gluten free Spokane will be the path to your door.I did not ask them if the buns were celiac safe, however they are in their own plastic wrap. My friend who is celiac ate there and did not have symptoms.
