Are well aware of celiac disease and cross-contamination. The waitress explained that they make everything from scratch and know which meals contain gluten. They provide a list of allergenes and also double-check when ordering whether your chosen meal is definitely gluten-free. Can definitely recommend and will for sure go there again! :)
