They’ve always taken allergies very seriously, and ordering by saying gluten allergy always works. They don’t have alternative GF soy sauce, but the fish is so good it’s better without the sauce anyway.

This is my favorite local LA sushi chain. Delicious sushi and great service. Just specify "gluten allergy" and no sauce when ordering.

Bring your own gf soy sauce. Did not get sick. Every dish they brought out confirmed no sauce/celiac safe. Best meal I’ve had in a long time

Great sushi but they don't provide gf soy sauce which is strange considering how nice and professional the place is. Didn't get sick!

SUGARFISH does not have GF sauces, but was able to safely prepare the trust me menu without any sauces and it was delicious. Most hand rolls do not have a sauce by default, which I would recco for celiacs

Really great! Just tell your waiter you have a gluten allergy and they can make accommodations. They don’t have gf soy sauce so bring your own!
