Wonderful meal. Knowledgeable staff. Bring your own gf soy sauce. Sushi rice is gf. Love it.

Emailed customer service concerns about celiac, and their response was very informed and reassuring. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free, and the sauces are the only thing containing gluten (and the scallops and fish eggs, which are marinated in the soy sauce), and the customer service rep. was able to give information about gluten ppm of the food. The food that came was also labeled with a gluten free sticker. I feel very safe eating here and would order from here again for sure!! My favorite sushi

update: Bay Scallops roll no longer safe. The fish eggs in the sauce come in a brine with gluten. Prices are also pretty high for so-so fish. Go around the corner to Rolln. Less scene, way less money.
Old review/: They have excellent allergy protocol. There’s no gluten free soy sauce, but the fish is excellent. There’s also no tempura crunches that can contaminate. I’ve eaten there countless times since it opened a year ago without any problem

Excellent fish but alas they don’t carry GF soy sauce (u r welcome to bring your own). A year ago I asked and was told that Kitchen uses a malted rice vinegar thus it’s not safe for Celiac.
Today I went back (1yr later) and kitchen says rice is made only with water and nothing else. If that’s true then should be good to go.
Staff very knowledgeable and careful. Bring your own gf soy sauce. Wasabi seems to be fine.
No GF soy, but very accommodating.
