We had a server who was knowledgeable of the disease and need for precautions when preparing food. A manager stopped by and relayed that she was aware of my need for GF and that the restaurant takes steps to prepare the food properly. The manager did this on their own which was reassuring. We struck up a conversation with a foursome near us. They had a member of their group who has Celiac disease. She indicated she eats at Summer House when in town as she feels confident in their food preparation and enjoys the food.
