I was so excited to try this place on my trip to Dallas, but I wouldn’t not recommend it if you are celiac. The waitress was super reassuring while I was ordering that they are really careful about allergies and cross contamination, and they even said they had a separate fryer. I ordered a gf flatbread and sweet potato fries, and as they were putting all our food in front of us the manager came out and said “if you have an allergy I wouldn’t eat that. We can’t guarantee it is gluten free” like most restaurants say for liability purposes. I grilled her on the precautions they take with the flatbread (separate area, change of gloves, made with toppings from a separate area, made on a separate sheet in the oven). She also told me that they fried normal gluten items in their gf fryer that day, so I couldn’t eat the fries either. Because I felt pretty confident in the precautions they described for making the pizza, I decided to take it home and eat it the next morning. I immediately started feeling sick after I ate it, and now even a day later I feel horrible. I’ve never had a reaction this bad. If you’re just gf for preference this might be a good place for you, but if you’re celiac I wouldn’t recommend if.
