Review of Sunflower Bakehouse

We stopped here for breakfast as we were leaving Nashville. Even though my husband and I are not vegan, we actually enjoyed all of our food. The GF bakery selection is AMAZING…the Pecan Upside Cake is absolutely to die for!!! I bought a nice selection of cupcakes that I cannot wait to dive into. There is one sandwich that is not GF, and they do have wheat buns available besides a GF bun. However, be sure to tell the staff of allergies bc they are knowledge of cross contact and will take care of you appropriately. I felt extremely safe here. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Nashville.
