The owner says there is no way to avoid flour.
They have a GF crust, but it is cooked with gluten pizza. There’s no way to avoid contamination per the owner.

Very friendly staff and the best gluten free crust I think I’ve ever had. The chef told us that the crust is also egg free because a few regulars also have egg related allergies. The gluten free crust only comes in a 12” size though. Well worth it!!
