Their fryer is shared, so no tempura. The server was knowledgeable. The sushi was just average. When they mark something spicy, it is spicy.

Menu items marked gluten free are not necessarily gluten free, double check with your server if you are celiac!

Tempura items are marked GF on menu, but are made in a shared fryer. Waitress was knowledgeable and warned me when I ordered. They were able to prepare the same rolls without frying certain items.

Sushi Blue is a Bill White restaurant and they are very careful with all types of food allergies. I’ve never been sick eating here a d they will modify rolls and dishes for gluten free. Staff is super knowledgeable about what you can and can’t eat and the chefs are aware and understand allergies. One of the few Asian places in Park City that is safe to eat at

Oh my yes! Good place to eat. Just had shrimp tempura rolls with a side of Wok’d Brussels sprouts and, yummy! I haven’t had tempura shrimp rolls since going GF and these were better then any gluten ones. Sampled the husband’s Wok’d chicken rice bowl which was good and his Sunomono salad was good but a little pricey for the tiny bowl. The waiter just told me he thinks they have Mochi for dessert but I’m too full to check it out. I’d be in trouble if I loved here. Good stuff. He also told me they have a dedicated fryer for GF tempura so they can avoid cross contamination!

Waiter went directly to chef, handed straws in clean cocktail napkin to prevent contamination without being asked, made sure everything was safe.

Gluten-free batter available for sushi. I always get the Krusty Krab roll with gluten-free batter and real crab (imitation crab has gluten I believe). Staff is super awesome about it. The head chef came out to our table once to go over the menu with me because his wife is celiac. They make sure to note whether you have an allergy or just a sensitivity like I do aka I don’t eat gluten but it can’t be prepped in the same area as other foods. Highly recommend.

Our waiter did not know what gluten was. Told me all of their sauces were gluten free only to order a rad thai meal that had a different “gluten free” sauce than what my boyfriend’s meal had. He said his was delicious...mine was gross. If you like sushi and have lots of money to spend this is your place. Otherwise not a fan. I left hungry.

The sushi wasn't my favorite but the server and chefs are very aware of what is and isn't gluten free. They do have gluten free tempura but it is a SHARED fryer. They sanitize the cutting boards and are very careful about cross contamination. The Tasmanian devil roll was the spiciest thing I've ever put in my mouth and the roll itself was mediocre. I also got the Maui waui which was pretty decent but still not my favorite rolls. I probably won't go here again but they were very celiac friendly

Management was very helpful coordinating our take out order GF/DF/EF. They do NOT have a dedicated fryer for the GF tempura batter. The quality was good. GF soy sauce.
