I’ll preface and say I speak Spanish so I was able to communicate having celiacs and issues with cross contamination.

They were knowledgeable about what I could and could not eat. I had the salmon mango and the tuna avocado cucumber maki rolls and a salmon mango appetizer. They have separate GF soy sauce (kikkoman brand) It was delicious!
