Our daughter celiac and we all eat GF. Chef Jeff has worked in industrial kitchens with strict GF and allergen protocols, and when you call him and advise that you are a Celiac he knows the drill. He knows all the ingredients, and can walk you through his protocol, which includes a dedicated GF cutting board, clean knives, and even a clean piece of fish (he won’t use the fish that he’s used for previous orders because the knife may have left gluten on the fish). All he asks in return is a bit of extra time to prepare the order with care.

My only wish is that he had a gluten free menu, but calling him and talking through the order is no big deal.

Also, the fish met our standards, matching standbys like Kibo and Totto.
