Not safe fire celiacs! The staff was very knowledgeable and told me they deal with celiacs a lot and I asked for them to prepare food on a separate cutting board, wash their hands etc. they told me they were able to accommodate. I trusted them and the reviews but I still got glutened. There was definitely cross contamination on the knife, cutting boards and hands. Before preparing GF items, they use the same towel that wipes away gluten on the knife and board AND hands… if you have celiac disease this is NOT SAFE.
