Amazing!!! They have a whole separate gf menu and most of the offering are on it. This was the best dinner we had in Vegas. Highly recommend the sea bass skewers.

This is a hard review to write because I have so many good things and one awful thing to share. We ate here Saturday lunch time. The place was mostly empty so I felt confident they could handle gluten free. There’s a special gluten free menu, I talked to the waiter and told him I have celiac. He assured me we were good as long as we stuck to the gf menu. I only wanted fish - thought the rolls were the safest options. Ordered a few speciality rolls. After we ordered the manager came over and told me she would ensure my order was gluten free and she would take good care of us.
Our first rolls were delivered and they were so delicious. We got this salmon ponzu roll that had the most delicious sauce. The other roll we got was vegetarian and so crisp and delicious. After we ate those rolls….it went downhill.
At this point the manager came back, crouched down and shared that she had some bad news. The roll, the vegetarian roll, she discovered was not safe for us. She apologized profusely and I could tell she was so haunted by this, mostly because she had just shared that she would keep us safe.
She said the sauce from the roll actually had soy sauce in it, a tiny amount but gluten nonetheless.
They comped our entire meal and the rest of the stuff that we ordered I knew would be handled correctly. It was so hard because there’s nothing you can do once you eat it.
The staff took great care of us after and took my contact info. The chef came out and was super apologetic. They did all the right things under the circumstances but I was just broken by the experience.
Proceed with caution and don’t order the vegetarian speciality roll on the gf menu.
Otherwise food was great.

A little spendy, but worth it. Delicious! We got food to go and they packed it separately. The only thing… they sent regular soy sauce, plus a small container of what I assume was tamari, but was unlabeled so I didn’t take the risk. Mochi was the best I’ve had!

I had an amazing experience at Sushi Samba. They had a separate gluten free menu and our waiter was very knowledgeable. They got the kitchen to make adjustments to certain dishes. The food tasted incredible and I had no issues.

I am highly allergic and Intolerant to Gluten, I haven’t had sushi since I got diagnosed. Super afraid to dine out, and sushi not even think it. I read all reviews about this place. Jaret out server was so confident, and so knowledgeable that made me feel safe. All good suggested by him was outstanding, and the dessert omg … the cherry on top of the ice cream. Had zero reactions and had a fantastic date night with my hubby. Highly recommended. Best tuna and salmon sashimi.

Very nice restaurant. They had a gluten free menu with lots of choices - a lot of the regular items were made gluten free. The entire table decided to keep everything gluten free to share. We had one item show up with what appeared to be croutons. Asked the woman that brought it and she took it back. Food was very good.

We came in just for drinks, so I didn’t ask for a GF menu. Server asked about allergies, I told her I couldn’t do gluten & asked about the California rolls, they were GF & I had no reaction!!

I sat at the bar and the server was understanding and attentive to my dietary needs. Yet, there was a mishap in the kitchen. There was a fried item atop my ceviche and I learned from asking that it was fried in a shared fryer. I informed the server due to this, I would be unable to eat the dish. They were understanding and re-made the dish promptly. I’d recommend being on your toes here. Since, they also didn’t warn me soy sauce presented to me wasn’t tamari. Yet, they provided me with tamari upon request. Happy hour lasts until 6 on Sunday. I enjoyed the yellowtail and salmon nigiri, spicy tuna roll and jumbo shrimp ceviche. Overall, a good experience with a bit of difficulty.

I never get to have sushi so I was very excited about this. I had a roll with shrimp, crab, and avocado and a salmon roll. They gave us a free mochi for our anniversary too. Very good and the waiter assured me they chef changes cutting boards and knives before making it. SO good!

Absolutely delicious & unique. Took 10 yr old with celiac. Waiter was very knowledgeable & cheerful and helpful. Made her custom sushi rolls with ingredients she likes. Immediately brought her GF soy sauce. The food was fantastic. She also got a “mock tail” fancy drink and loved it. Highly recommend. Expensive. No sickness, they did a nice job being careful.

Really delicious! Our waiter respected and gladly accommodated when I stated I had celiac. He immediately brought their gluten free menu out and also helped me with eliminating and modifying dairy from my rolls and appetizers I ordered. Everything was SO good. Very knowledgeable. I had sashimi and veggie sushi rolls, to be safe. Staff provided GF soy sauce, without asking. They had GF desserts that sounded delicious but we had to run to a show. I would highly recommend!

Came here for lunch and was not disappointed. Plenty of options on the gluten free menu and everything we ordered was really good. The service was fantastic and the staff was consistent in reassuring us that dishes were gluten free. Expensive but that's Las Vegas. I would definitely eat here again.

2 of 2 celiac safe. ask for gf menu and tell them about your allergy and your good to go. all gf soy sauce is gf kikoman tamari sauce.
Wonderful experience for dinner. My table of four did omakase and our server tailored it to everyone's tastes and brought me modified versions of not-GF items, and special off menu plates of completely GF foods from all sections of the menu for us to share. GF soy sauce is a plus but I barely even needed it.

great gluten free menu, and they even have gf soy sauce!

Great food. They prepared everything well and served me alternatives when the table had gluten options. Only was concerned because I had to be quick bc it was family style and everything was contaminated unless I got to it first. Do recommend, just know your group well!
Have been here several times over the years and never have issues. They have GF soy sauce and are able to prepare a wide variety of dishes gluten free. This place has become one of my favorites!
Yes
Very interesting but delicious food. Gluten free soy sauce, tamago (sushi egg), and they use the real king and snow crab in their rolls. Definitely GF and OK for celiac.
Sushi was overpriced and marginal at best. I got 3 rolls and within 10 minutes I knew I had been glutened.

I loved the Gluten Free variety of food they had to offer!! The service was great!! The food was perfect !!
In the Palazzo on the second floor. They don't make a fuss about gluten free. I just told the waiter (Michael) I was GF and how much money I wanted to spend ($60 at least!$), and he created a menu that included sashimi, sushi, and Brazilian meat with mushrooms. So eclectic and absolutely delicious. They have GF soy sauce. I couldn't have felt better taken care of. Was totally worth the money for such a great, adventurous dinner with no gluten reaction.
Dedicated menu and knowledgeable wait staff. The gf menu hadn't been updated to reflect what is current so the waiter made some suggestions that could be gf off the regular menu (Tokyo roll-$16). Gf desserts too. it is definitely expensive but was delicious.

Coeliac daughter ordered gluten free. Food arrived, checked 3 times that it is safe, began eating then another server came out and said it is not GF! Too late as she had eaten 1 piece. Manager was very apologetic, knocked some money off the bill, took details and sent an email 48 hours after, however Daughter has been ill for 2 days... Avoid!
