Amazing! Server so knowledgeable. Had a delicious meal. No issues
Very average sushi!! Their sushi bar is also closed for maybe a year… only a few options. Was not impressed. Nice to have a couple gf options, but money is better spent elsewhere in Las Vegas.
Very good sushi restaurant/bar located in the back of the shopping complex in the Palazzo. All food was clearly labeled if it was GF and bartender was knowledgeable about dishes. Great happy hour with salmon avocado roll.
GF labeled menu, knowledge staff and most importantly delicious food! Will definitely be back !
Staff was exceptional with attentiveness to allergies, accommodations, easily identifiable options on the menu!
However I have a honey allergy and my experience wasn’t the best due to this. Celiacs can enjoy gluten free tamari, real crab California roll or hand rolls.
Bar service was fast and I did have a lovely server that went above and beyond to check if the sushi rice was safe which was a great call. I would go back for the staff!
So mostly just really disappointed in the honey filled sushi rice. Sushi kinda sucked without properly made sushi rice. It usually is just rice vinegar…
We had a great experience here.
All staff was on board and in communication to keep me safe. Our server quadruple checked things for us.
We ended up with 15 piece sashimi, the Rio grande, and the moqueca mixta to share. All sauces seperate, no soy, gluten or dairy in any of the dishes. My husband who is not a celiac got the tuna taquitos and said they were very good.
In all a wonderful experience for us. The flavors are so powerful and unique in the dishes. I highly recommend stopping here
Menu clearly marked with gluten free information. Lots of options and food is good. Don’t forget to ask for gluten free soy sauce (tamari)
Very knowledgeable about celiac and CC. Did not get glutened and felt safe while ordering. Menu marked with GF. Not the best sushi I have had but felt great not worrying!!!
Ordered the Hanger Steak and Purple potatoes. Everything was really good! No reaction at all (very sensitive Celiacs allergy). A lot of the menu was gluten free and they said most could be prepared GF but we went with the steak and potato side (which are GF standard on the menu). Steak with one side was $35 ($27 for the steak and $8 for the potatoes).
They offer a lot of options, They have separated kitchens of each food by different countries , High acknowledgment to gluten free,
Really good food and a really interesting menu
to boot. GF as is items are marked on the menu but your server can also tell you about what can be modified.
My husband and I shared:
*shishito peppers
*Mushroom arroz chaufa (kind of a cross between fried rice, rice and beans and risotto) - SO savory and delicious.
*asevichado roll modified to be GF (our favorite sushi roll) - they can even remove crunchy sweet potato if you can’t do shared fryer
*kobe nigiri (very unique and absolutely delicious)
*king crab California
*yellowtail scallion
Perfect amount of food. Truly so many GF options. Don’t miss it!
Really enjoyed this restaurant. Limited vegetarian + gluten free options but tried the edamame, baby gem lettuce small plate and the avocado roll. The baby gem lettuce was my favorite but it was smaller than expected. Server made sure to let the kitchen know about making my food gluten free, and I didn’t get sick.
GO HERE. staff is amazing and super careful with cross contamination. honestly this was probably the best meal of my life. had the seafood curry, churrasco, sushi, coconut rice & ice cream sorbet sampler. definitely for sharing. cannot express how much i love this place.
One of the most comfortable experiences I’ve had with my allergy
Delicious food and many GF options. Wait staff are informed. Love the vibe too.
They take care of you here, adjusting many items to be gluten free. They even offer gluten free soy sauce. There are gf items marked on the menu but ask the staff if the rolls can be which they were made gluten free in my case. Very good gluten free fining experience.
I have never had such care for my dietary restrictions! I ordered a drink, but since the vodka was made with wheat (even though when it’s distilled it’s not really an issue) the manager herself came by and explained, and offered me different options. She even comped my new drink! The sea bass literally melted in my mouth, and it had a great ambiance. Highly, highly recommend!
This is a hard review to write because I have so many good things and one awful thing to share. We ate here Saturday lunch time. The place was mostly empty so I felt confident they could handle gluten free. There’s a special gluten free menu, I talked to the waiter and told him I have celiac. He assured me we were good as long as we stuck to the gf menu. I only wanted fish - thought the rolls were the safest options. Ordered a few speciality rolls. After we ordered the manager came over and told me she would ensure my order was gluten free and she would take good care of us.
Our first rolls were delivered and they were so delicious. We got this salmon ponzu roll that had the most delicious sauce. The other roll we got was vegetarian and so crisp and delicious. After we ate those rolls….it went downhill.
At this point the manager came back, crouched down and shared that she had some bad news. The roll, the vegetarian roll, she discovered was not safe for us. She apologized profusely and I could tell she was so haunted by this, mostly because she had just shared that she would keep us safe.
She said the sauce from the roll actually had soy sauce in it, a tiny amount but gluten nonetheless.
They comped our entire meal and the rest of the stuff that we ordered I knew would be handled correctly. It was so hard because there’s nothing you can do once you eat it.
The staff took great care of us after and took my contact info. The chef came out and was super apologetic. They did all the right things under the circumstances but I was just broken by the experience.
Proceed with caution and don’t order the vegetarian speciality roll on the gf menu.
Otherwise food was great.
A little spendy, but worth it. Delicious! We got food to go and they packed it separately. The only thing… they sent regular soy sauce, plus a small container of what I assume was tamari, but was unlabeled so I didn’t take the risk. Mochi was the best I’ve had!
I had an amazing experience at Sushi Samba. They had a separate gluten free menu and our waiter was very knowledgeable. They got the kitchen to make adjustments to certain dishes. The food tasted incredible and I had no issues.
I am highly allergic and Intolerant to Gluten, I haven’t had sushi since I got diagnosed. Super afraid to dine out, and sushi not even think it. I read all reviews about this place. Jaret out server was so confident, and so knowledgeable that made me feel safe. All good suggested by him was outstanding, and the dessert omg … the cherry on top of the ice cream. Had zero reactions and had a fantastic date night with my hubby. Highly recommended. Best tuna and salmon sashimi.
Delicious! Separate GF menu, Brought GF soy sauce to the table. Waiter was very helpful and the food was delicious!
There is a separate gluten free menu And the staff are very knowledgeable
Really good food, easy gf experience. They had a separate menu with great variety of options!
Very nice restaurant. They had a gluten free menu with lots of choices - a lot of the regular items were made gluten free. The entire table decided to keep everything gluten free to share. We had one item show up with what appeared to be croutons. Asked the woman that brought it and she took it back. Food was very good.
Absolutely amazing. Substantial GF menu with lots of options from sushi to small plates to entrees.
I sat at the bar and the server was understanding and attentive to my dietary needs. Yet, there was a mishap in the kitchen. There was a fried item atop my ceviche and I learned from asking that it was fried in a shared fryer. I informed the server due to this, I would be unable to eat the dish. They were understanding and re-made the dish promptly. I’d recommend being on your toes here. Since, they also didn’t warn me soy sauce presented to me wasn’t tamari. Yet, they provided me with tamari upon request. Happy hour lasts until 6 on Sunday. I enjoyed the yellowtail and salmon nigiri, spicy tuna roll and jumbo shrimp ceviche. Overall, a good experience with a bit of difficulty.
Wonderful sushi and nigiri! The server was very knowledgeable and their gluten free menu is extensive. I absolutely loved their sushi, I ended up trying every roll and also got the nigiri plate and every piece of fish tasted wonderful, especially the tuna! I highly recommend going.
Absolutely delicious & unique. Took 10 yr old with celiac. Waiter was very knowledgeable & cheerful and helpful. Made her custom sushi rolls with ingredients she likes. Immediately brought her GF soy sauce. The food was fantastic. She also got a “mock tail” fancy drink and loved it. Highly recommend. Expensive. No sickness, they did a nice job being careful.
Go for happy hour!! Caiparinhas are gf, and so are several of the hh menu items (though they are not make gf). Ask for a GF menu and compare descriptions as names may vary slightly. Love this place.
Really delicious! Our waiter respected and gladly accommodated when I stated I had celiac. He immediately brought their gluten free menu out and also helped me with eliminating and modifying dairy from my rolls and appetizers I ordered. Everything was SO good. No question will return here next trip to Vegas!
They definitely know how to accommodate gluten free with a large menu. Food was delicious and service was equally as great. Highly recommend for celiac!
It was soo delicious! I recommend! The pay enormous attention to gluten free. You feel really safe. The food was really great and also the guys who work there! Plus: it has a great panorama over a part of the palm!
Sushi samba was INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff were very helpful and talked me through the menu. I also have a dairy allergy and I still had so much choice.
The food was to die for and they even had gluten free soy sauce! I will be returning for sure āŗ 100% recommend if you love sushi and want something special!!!
Brunch - asked if they could cater said yes but poor offerings, was served noodles that contained gluten, luckily I spotted it before eating, manager had to send out to another restaurant to get me something safe to eat - would not recommend
Coeliac daughter ordered gluten free. Food arrived, checked 3 times that it is safe, began eating then another server came out and said it is not GF! Too late as she had eaten 1 piece. Manager was very apologetic, knocked some money off the bill, took details and sent an email 48 hours after, however Daughter has been ill for 2 days... Avoid!
GF menu is limited, but food was great, had no reaction, so happy. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Have a gf menu
