This was a memorable dining experience! They had an extensive menu of gluten-free options. They have a dedicated fryer and a separate area for preparation. They can even do gluten-free flatbread, mac & cheese and best of all donut holes which were amazing. The staff was extraordinarily knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross-contamination. Everything we had tested negative on our Nima sensor. It was definitely a treat and highly recommend if you were in the area.
