Been here on two different trips to SLC. The quality of the treats are excellent, great location, and clean facility, they even have a sign "no outside food permitted" which is cool. Prices are the normal high for gluten free treats, but they are a dedicated facility with quality products. Limited dairy free options, usually only one item in the display, which stinks since many gluten free eaters also have to eat DF, and it's not that hard to substitute milk and butter with DF alternatives these days. My only two complaints are that the quality isn't always consistent (if you don't get there first thing in the morning there isn't much left, we went at 10 am. one trip we got there in time and filled a box full of treats since we are out-of-towners and when we got home everything was super dry and brittle, disappointing since we spent like $30.) #2 AND the service isn't great. The first time we went no one was at the front but we could here girls laughing and goofing off, the server was picking food out of the display with her bare hands and touching her face and hair, we had to ask her to put gloves on, they also put our small order of two cinnamon rolls in a giant bakery box which wasn't fun eating out of in our car visiting from out of town haha. They were friendly and sweet but mostly seemed inexperienced, didn't know the menu well (like which baked goods where DF, despite that being one of their selling points). On our second trip a year later, no one was at the front of the store again but we could hear chatting and laughing in the back, they eventually came out, this server was also inexperienced. We asked which of the baked goods on display were dairy free. She had no idea and we had to ask her to go find out. I'm not sure if she was confused but instead of asking which of all baked goods on display were df she'd only ask about one (cookies or later cinnamon rolls etc), so we kept having to ask her but what about the rest, and she'd walk back to ask. This happened at least 4 or 5 times which was awkward since we could hear the person in the back answering her, not sure if that was a supervisor or manager but after the second time of her going back there you'd think a supervisor would just come to the front to answer our questions. Sweet girls, but inexperienced, or maybe not properly trained, or just don't care? Disappointing.
