This was absolutely the best vegan and gluten free ice cream that I’ve had. The staff was really accommodating when I told them that I was gluten and dairy free and they followed specific procedures to make my dessert. So so so friendly and wonderful and yummy! I had strawberry with sprinkles!
Simply told the staff that my daughter and I had Celiac and the cashier deferred to two employees that totally got it. They got clean spatulas from the back, wiped the pan clean, and changed gloves. Then they got toppings from the back in case their bins upfront got contaminated. Great ice cream to boot. 100% recommended.
This place was great and the staff was very accommodating! Since they roll-up the ice cream they cleaned one of the pans thoroughly and then made mine. The ice cream base is just plain (or nonfat yogurt or vegan) and then you add insides and toppings. It’s pretty much known was is GF and what isn’t as far as the additives go. And lastly, you have to expect the line is often going to be long because it’s specialty ice cream.
