The bakery items are really good, but when I had spoken to the staff they had told me that they used gluten-free ingredients, but it would not be safe from a contamination standpoint as they don't use a separate area of the kitchen or separate, celiac friendly bakeware. Maybe their policies have changed, but I would be very careful if you're concerned about cross contamination.
